I've spent over 20 years in IT, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I've built businesses. I've struggled with businesses. I've watched businesses grow and I've watched them fall apart.

Along the way, I worked with large corporates in India and internationally — companies that run like clockwork. And I kept asking myself one question:

Why do some businesses grow while others stay stuck?

The answer wasn't talent. It wasn't luck. It wasn't even money.

It was systems.

Clear systems. Customer trust. And disciplined decision-making.

The big companies I worked with — they all had this figured out. CRM systems, structured processes, customer frameworks. Everything was designed, not accidental.

And here's what I realized:

The same principles that power large corporations can work for a 5-person shop in Chennai.

That realization changed everything for me.

What I Do Now

Today, I work directly with small and medium business owners across India. No theory. No motivational fluff. Just practical, real-world mentoring.

I sit with business owners — sometimes over chai, sometimes over a call — and we figure out what's actually broken and how to fix it.

Most business owners I meet are not short on effort. They're short on clarity.
